We took Ashley's bridals the same day we did the engagements (see previous post). Brad hung out in Barnes and Noble while we walked around downtown and took Ashley's picture. It made for a long day, but we got it all done at once.

In April, we took a Saturday and met Brad and Ashley in downtown Ft Worth. Certainly a cool place to take pictures. We wondered around just stopping where we felt like and also ventured into Barnes and Noble. The couple enjoys reading, so it fit.

Well, it's been a long time coming - Mile's B-day was the end of March, but here are a few we took to mark his first birthday. He's certainly growing up fast and keeps us all laughing. He's a sweet little baby!

First....we took these pictures of Karen Pursel to commemorate her college graduation. She is SO at ease in front of the camera, which makes the job easy and fun. These are some of my favs.

The next session is of my cousins, Darin and Carla Cash. We took these on a chilly December day. Carla was almost 8 months pregnant in these pics! She was so cute and tiny. Little Evan arrived last week on Valentine's Day!

Kaspri took pictures of McNiel Junior High's cheer team. We also took individuals of each girl for their merchant shots to be hung around town at businesses that purchased them. Since their mascot is a Mustang, they used this borrowed Mustang for the pictures. Cute idea!

SO, here I am again, attempting to catch up with all of the pictures I need to post! First, I'll share some we did of Justin and Lindsey Luman before they had their cute little baby boy, Owen. We did some "pretty" ones, and then headed to a baseball field since Justin loves baseball. Enjoy!

This blog suffers in a big way, but here I am finally updating! My excuses this time are a wedding (my own!), a honeymoon (my own!), and not having all our pictures on my husband's computer. Had to leave my computer behind! SO, here we are and where do we start??

Back in July, Priscilla and I went to Florida (this was my first time to Disney World!) and a friend saw on Facebook that we were going to be in her area, so she asked if we could meet up. We met at a BEAUTIFUL garden in the Fort Lauderdale area. Here's some from the shoot with Wendy and her handsome son.

I'll have more to share in the next few days, but out of time today! I'm off to our local Christmas Magic (can't believe Christmas is right around the corner)! It's a place with lots of little booths set up with some awfully tempting and festive things to buy. See you later!

More Alayna and Ashlyn

Yesterday, I gave you a sneak peek at two cute little girls we photographed on Monday in Dallas. Their dad thought that the Dallas Baptist University campus would be a good spot, and he was right. It was BEAUTIFUL! We spent a couple of hours following these two bubbly girls around. Alayna (the oldest) is full of personality and isn't camera shy to say the least. All we had to do was tell her to have fun and she modeled quite well! Ashlyn is the little clown and was so stinkin' cute. She was more interested in the balloons we brought along for props, but we did manage to catch her having fun! It was good to catch up with our friends; Andrew, Mandy, Alayna and Ashlyn. Thanks for letting us shoot you! ;)

Kaspri met up with our friends' adorable little girls yesterday in Dallas for a perfectly fun photo shoot. Couldn't wait to post a few...More to come later!

Cameron Holley Seniors

A few weeks ago, Kaspri went out on a hot afternoon and did this senior shoot with Cameron Holley. Cameron is our pastor's son at our church. He felt a little silly at first, but loosened up and really played up the camera! We got a lot of fun shots and...well...all the girls think he's SO handsome. I've even heard some say he could be on a magazine cover.....SIGH....Thanks, Cameron, for letting us shoot you. ;)

Miles Hunter Dutton

At the end of March, my little nephew, Miles, arrived into the world. He is the sweetest baby on earth! I just love holding him and feeding him and buying him clothes...and buying him shoes....and the list could go on and on. Kaspri took pics of him when he was almost 2 weeks old. Catching Up!

This post will cover 2 photo shoots that should get us caught up....finally! The first set is a maternity shoot with Amber and Zach. As you can tell, it was a beautiful evening several months ago... sigh....I promise to do better! In fact, Kaspri is currently working with Rita's Sweet Shop on a new logo and blog design. Now I won't have any excuses! Keep checking back for that...we are really excited to see the things Rita is designing.

The next set is of Reid Graves....a really nice guy we did seniors pics of. We had a lot of fun doing the shoot on his parents property. His mom had even kept all of his boots from childhood to the present. When she told us she had them, we knew we HAD to have pics of that!

Freeman & Veronica Engagements

Wow, it's been a long time since we've updated the blog....but here's the first of hopefully several posts. This is a BEAUTIFUL couple we shot engagements for a while ago. They were so easy to photograph. They were totally into each other and into taking pics. We even turned on some music on a cell phone and they danced, which made for some fun stuff! Enjoy!

Once again, I've fallen behind with updating the blog, but this time it's not due to busyness...I've been sick with the flu. UGH! After a solid week in bed and several days after that to start feeling normal again, I am here updating!

Kaspri did this wedding in November. The bride, Sammie, was very impressive. She did almost everything herself down to the decorating, the programs, the favors, planning the reception (and decorating it), etc. And Kaspri was so excited when we arrived to take pictures, to find that the getaway car was an antique Plymouth. The car belongs to the groom and we found out that he actually painted it two days prior to the wedding!

Congrats to Sammie and Alex! May God bless you and give you many years of happiness!

Christmas Card Pictures

Just wanted to share a few shots we took for Christmas cards. We are slowly but surely catching up with everything we need to blog! Keep checking back as we have several posts to do in the next few days.

The first set is of my brother and his wife, Lynn & Kim Dutton (and little Miles who will join us in a couple of months. You will get to see PLENTY of pics when he arrives!). If you haven't read Kaspri's first post, "I" or "my" refers to the "Kas" part of Kaspri, since the "Kas" part keeps up with the blog because the "pri" part doesn't like to write! :) SO, this is "my" brother, sister-in-law, and unborn nephew! (Is anyone confused besides me?) ha!

The next set is of Eddie, Ashley and Heidi Ann Jordan. Heidi Ann should really be labeled as Kaspri's poster child. We have taken so many pictures of her! I always say I want to steal her and take her home with me, but I do believe she would wear me out the first day! She's a little toot...but a cute toot!

My favorite of this set.

The last set is of my sister and brother-in-law, Lori & John Holman. We took these pictures on a whim on Thanksgiving Day, on my parents property. I think we got some cool backgrounds...I had forgotten about the old corral "papered" in street signs. Apparently, the previous owners did this and it made for neat pictures. The pond, or "tank" as Texans call them, made a pretty background, too. It was a beautiful fall day!

Goodloe Reunion

This post will only take us AALLLL the way back to October. Not as bad as August, but still....

Kaspri took pictures at the Goodloe family reunion. When our friends, Kenny & Rita Frazier asked us to photograph the reunion, we happily obliged (we were bribed by promises of good food!). :) The day was fun. It turned out to be one of our first very chilly days of fall, so most of the time was spent indoors. We ate and watched the family play games of bingo where they got to pick from a variety of gifts if they won. We ate some more. We took lots of pictures. We ate some more. It was very evident that this family loves to spend time having fun together (and eating). Thanks for letting us share your day!

Remington Campbell Birthday

If there were a blog patrol, I would have definitely been arrested already! I have been SO bad with keeping up. The Christmas season was especially busy with all kinds of stuff, and on top of that, Priscilla and I (along with 2 other friends) took a vacation to NYC! It was the most fabulous time of year to visit the city and we had a great time! In light of not keeping up with the blog, I have lots of pictures to post! Kaspri has been very busy the last couple of months. Actually, for this post, I have to go all the way back to August! I am ashamed to admit Kaspri took pictures at a little boy's birthday party and I never posted any pictures! Remington Campbell is a such a cutie...he is the son of my wonderful friend, Victoria. His party was on a hot, hot day in August. Maggie, the cow, from Maggie Moos Ice Cream and Treatery, gave us a visit and we had cute little ice cream cupcakes, and even though it was sweltering outside, the kids enjoyed a big bouncer.

More of Rebecca Warren & Jeremy Cain Wedding

Well, it's been a while since our first post on Rebecca and Jeremy's wedding, but at last, here are some more pics for all to see. They had a lovely wedding, and as I mentioned before, it poured down rain ALL day long, but I didn't hear complaints about it from the bride or the groom! We started the day out with the girls getting ready at Rebecca's parents home. Then we made the short journey in the rain to the church (Life Tabernacle, Wichita Falls). Following the ceremony was a beautiful reception at the Woman's Forum in Country Club that was catered by Johnny Carinos. The Ken Nelson Jazz Band provided awesome music and I even got to sing a couple of songs with them (one of my favs was "At Last"). ;) Congrats to Rebecca and Jeremy and best wishes for many happy years ahead.

Jeremy is really into music and can play almost any instrument he lays his hands on! Isn't this cake awesome?! His mom not only made the cake, but the backdrop, also. Jeremy was very surprised and even got a little emotional when he saw it...

Annabelle

Kaspri has been extremely busy the last few weeks!! I have a lot to post, but couldn't wait to post these pictures of a sweet little baby, Annabelle. She is a DOLL!! We took the pictures at the home of her parents. I think my favorites are the ones of her in the gown she wore the Sunday her parents "dedicated" her life back to Jesus. Such a beautiful occasion! They were taken on a beautiful couch and chair that belong to her mom, Michelle. I wish everyone had props this pretty for us to use (we wouldn't have to buy any). :) The other pictures were taken in Annabelle's bedroom, which is decorated so sweet in a pink and black Paris theme. Thanks to Billy and Michelle for asking us to take these pictures. You have a darling baby. Enjoy the pictures!

Well, the big day has come and gone for Rebecca Warren and Jeremy Cain, so we can finally post her bridal pictures. Kaspri had a great time out with Rebecca, who is never hard to photograph. We went to several places and ended the shoot with a few fun shots at Parkway Grill, the couples' favorite place to eat and hang out. Thanks, Rebecca for letting us do your pictures. Pris & I got up early today and headed out to take pictures of a little doll, Stevie. She is SO cute, and she cooperated so well. She's certainly in a better mood early in the morning than I am! :) :) I promised her mom I would post a few pictures tonight. I'm barely getting it done before midnight, but here they are!

P.S. Thanks to my sis-in-law, Kim, who let us use the little chair for a prop. She bought it for her nursery (that she is just starting on...). It was solid white and she's painted it. I think it's too cute!

Kaspri is finally attempting to have a blog! If you just stumbled across this blog and don't know who we are, let me introduce us. Kaspri is actually two best friends, Kassie & Priscilla. Kassie (me) :) likes to write, Priscilla doesn't. Sooo, most of these posts will be written by me! We don't have any new pictures to post just yet, but when I read blogs, I love the pics more than the text, so a post always has to have a pic! I will leave you with one I shot of an adorable little girl, Heidi Ann, and one Priscilla got of a delightful looking cupcake: two of the sweeter things in life.
